Customer didn’t have to wait for the minibus instead they were telling the driver where they are and the driver who has the advantage will come between 5 – 10 minutes to pick up the customer. That left the TFL minicab drivers under heavy stress. Since then, most of the local companies have started to introduce the Taxi App service to their customers so that a good competition can last. But some of the local companies still face the problem and are being bankrupt because of this technology.
